When starting out, having an expert lead you through the basic steps of your meditation practice is recommended. Whatever skill we are learning in life, having an experienced teacher we can trust and relate to is important.
My guided meditations vary each week and may consist of breathing exercises and/or body scans to assist in quietening the mind and taking you into a deeply relaxed state. I use visualisation techniques focused on enhancing feelings of relaxation, peace, and calmness by asking you to visualising positive scenes, images, or figures. Visualisation meditation is used by people to boost their mood, reduce stress levels and promote inner peace.
